Reviews of the best places to work when you don’t have an office. Or when you prefer to have a meal and a drink.

We’ve all spent some time at a coffee shop while we work. I don’t know why, but I’ve always prefered being around people while I work. The pandemic was hell,

So here are some of my favorite places to camp while I work. All the essential are covered: Wifi, outlets, found and atmosphere.

Most of these places are no too busy. This is important when picking a place to work. If the place is busy, sitting for an hour or two eats up precious turn around space. You will not make friends with the staff if you nurse your drink for an hour and you tip 15%. Starbucks doesnt care. Your local eatery does.

These places have clients, but they also have enough empty seats that they will not mind you there. But, if you see the place fill up, your time is up. Pay and leave.

When the time comes, tip generously. There is every reason to tip generously. The least of which, is that you just occupied a table for an hour or two. I concider 25% my entry tip. Trust me, you will be welcomed again.
